We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, please ship to us via preferred carrier. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Qualifying items may be returned for STORE CREDIT if the item is received by our returns department no later than 14 days after delivery. The delivery date is determined by the mail carriers tracking information.

Store credit will be issued through an E-Gift Card that never expires. With new items that arrive weekly, it is easy to find something new to fall in love with. We do not offer refunds on purchases.
